Joey Gilbert is a trial attorney, entrepreneur, and former world-ranked professional boxer who brings the same intensity to business as he does to everything else. As Founder and CEO of To Know Oneself, Joey leads the company's mission to make personalized, physician-led telehealth accessible to patients across the country.
Joey is the owner of Joey Gilbert Law, recognized as "Best Attorney" and "Best Law Firm" in Reno, specializing in criminal and civil trial law as well as sports and entertainment law. He served as Chairman of American Frontline Doctors during the COVID-19 pandemic and held the role of VP of Strategy & Government Affairs for CannaVative Group.
A University of Nevada, Reno graduate and former Nevada Governor candidate (2022), Joey's leadership is defined by conviction, transparency, and a relentless drive to challenge the status quo in healthcare.
Dr. Joseph Palumbo is a board-certified emergency medicine physician and a pioneer in telehealth who serves as Medical Director and Chief Examiner for To Know Oneself. With licenses in all 50 states and over a decade as a traveling ER physician, Dr. Palumbo brings unmatched breadth of clinical experience to every patient interaction.
He is the CEO of Doctors Now, a network of over 400 physicians, and previously served as Chief Examiner for American Frontline Doctors during the pandemic. Dr. Palumbo specializes in telemedicine, emergency medicine, addictive medicine, general medicine, and wellness medicine.
His leadership ensures that every treatment protocol at To Know Oneself meets the highest standards of clinical safety, evidence-based medicine, and regulatory compliance.
Amy Richards leads the Patient Aftercare Department at To Know Oneself, where she sets the standard for what exceptional post-treatment care looks like. With a proven track record of helping clinics across the Reno, Nevada area dramatically improve patient retention, Amy brings a white-glove approach to every interaction.
Her philosophy is simple: outstanding care doesn't end at the consultation. Amy ensures that every patient feels supported, informed, and valued throughout their entire treatment journey — from onboarding through follow-up and beyond. Under her leadership, aftercare has become one of the defining pillars of the To Know Oneself experience.
